This is a prototype MP9 mount, made with 7075 T7 US grade aluminum. I believe in quality and precision, my mount was engineered to outperform all current motor mounts on the market. My mount was tested by Tyler Vik at Neo09 and many other races, it has been tried & tested with absolute zero flaws. I am very happy & proud to bring my mount to the 1/8th electric market. Here are some pictures, final product will change slightly.
Here is our first D8 Motor mount designed by my partner & I. Very simple but effective design, mounts right on the stock plastic center diff mount. The circle plate next to it is out patent bearing block, this will reduce major stress being put on the front motor bearing, all stress & impact will be absorbed by a 5x10 bearing in the plate. So easy & cheap to replace, and a major insurance for your motor! New mount will be a totally different design.
